About Wat Sothon Wararam
Wat Sothon stands beside the Bang Pakong River in the town of Chachoengsao. It was built in the late Ayutthaya period and first named Wat Hong. People come for the Luang Pho Phuttha Sothon, the revered Buddha image of the province, which is 1.48 meters high and 1.65 meters wide across the lap.
