About Khao Khitchakut National Park

Khao Khitchakut is 28 kilometers northeast of Chanthaburi town, in the Soi Dao Mountains. At about 59 square kilometers, it's one of the smallest national parks in Thailand, and it became the country's 14th in 1977. It has waterfalls and forest, but the big draw is the venerated Buddha footprint on top of Khao Phra Bat, the highest peak at 1,085 meters.
