About Wat Yansangwararam

Wat Yan is a large Buddhist temple complex in Huai Yai, built in 1976 under royal patronage. Many of its buildings honor the Thai royal family, and one is a replica of the Mahabodhi Temple in India. Around the lake you'll find international pavilions and statues of revered monks, set in parks big enough to walk around for hours.
