About Hat Chao Mai National Park
Hat Chao Mai is a marine national park in Sikao and Kantang districts of Trang, set up in 1981 and covering about 231 square kilometers. It protects coral reefs, and it's been a Ramsar wetland since 2002. BirdLife International lists it as an Important Bird Area for its large green-pigeons. Most of Ko Kradan falls inside the park.
